Skin history
M4A4 | Magnesium by Marduk and EGO DEATH appeared in CS:GO on December 7, 2018. The skin is contained in the Danger Zone Case that was added to the shooter in the “Welcome to the Danger Zone” update.
Pattern features
The skin has a restricted color palette, limited to various shades of gray: from almost white to close to black. Fire is depicted on the receiver.
Effect of float
Float Value of M4A4 | Magnesium can vary between 0.00 and 1.00, allowing the skin to be obtainable in any exterior quality category. As the gun wears down, it noticeably fades, and its paint gets gradually erased from its surface. At high float values, the assault rifle becomes significantly darker, and its parts wear out considerably. At the same time, most of the paint on the receiver remains intact.
Rarity and popularity
M4A4 | Magnesium is categorized as the “Mil-Spec Grade” rarity and is available with the StatTrak kill counter. The skin is moderately popular among CS2 players.
